Nathan M. Pierce, Founder, Park Avenue Finance was formerly the Executive Director, Co-Head of the fixed income capital solutions team at Morgan Stanley (2010-2016). Mr. Pierce is an expert in structuring and designing complex financial innovation and hybrid capital instruments, advising on accounting, tax, legal and regulatory solutions for strategic assignments. Furthermore, he has designed 17+ first-generation innovative financial products and bespoke transactions which collectively released $3.6 billion+ of trapped value. He currently delivers proprietary financial innovation across multiple complex disciplines designed to produce or capture quantifiable risk-adjusted arbitrage profits.

Mr. Pierce holds a BA, Honors Argumentation (cum laude) University of Utah, a JD/MBA from New York University School of Law and Stern School of Business. He is admitted to the State Bars of NY, MA, the SDNY and the Federal Circuit.

Dail St. Claire has over 25 years of experience as President, Chief Operating Officer, Investor and Financial Consultant. In the last 20 years, Ms. St. Claire launched two private equity funds, one private debt fund as well as launched and managed two SEC-registered investment advisors and AAA-rated money market mutual funds.  She seeded each strategy with institutional investor assets growing total AUM to $4 billion. Experienced in arranging debt and equity financing for company acquisitions, Ms. St. Claire arranged the 2017 debt financing for the acquisition of a $200 billion AUA RIA/Broker Dealer. She also served as Senior Equity Analyst for New York City’s Comptroller’s Office overseeing the pension fund’s $25 billion global equity portfolio, affordable housing portfolio and internal liquidity portfolios. Ms. St. Claire serves as Director & Chairman of the Finance Committee for Episcopal Church Foundation, and also a member of The Economic Club of New York and 100 Women in Finance.

Ms. St. Claire holds a BA from University of California, San Diego, Revelle College and a MA in Public Policy with a concentration in Business from University of Chicago, Harris School.
